Homemade Nutella

My recipe for homemade healthy Nutella takes only a few minutes and tastes just as decadent and creamy as the store-bought kind, but without the crazy amount of sugar.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups whole hazelnuts
  • 1 cup chocolate chips or 2 chocolate bars (100g each) melted

Instructions

  1. Toast the hazelnuts for 5 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
  2. Roll the nuts vigorously in a dish cloth to remove the loose skins.

  3. Grind the toasted hazelnuts into a flour in your blender or food processor.

  4. Add the melted chocolate to the hazelnut flour and continue to blend until it is smooth and creamy.
